Shiatsu Massage
A Japanese style of Massage done on a foam floor mat while the recipient is fully clothed in athletic wear. Incorporates the use of service providers body weight to apply pressure to clients body, targeting acupressure points and stretching tight muscle groups and joints. *This style of massage may not be recommended for persons with Scoliosis or Back/Spine related medical conditions or sensitivities*

Lymphatic Massage
Based on the Vodder method, this lymphatic massage is a gentle form of manual lymphatic massage to encourage the movement of lymph fluids. The lymph system helps remove waste and toxins from the bodily tissues. This style of massage is most commonly used for clients pre and post surgeries to help reduce inflammation and swelling and used on Cancer patients.

Lomi Lomi
Also known as Lomi Ka’Ala Hoku, Massage Journey to the Stars. This massage comes from the islands of Hawaii. An upgraded version of a Circulatory Massage that combines long massage strokes with passive joint movements to clear out present and past negativity held in the body, as believed by the islanders. This massage uses liquid coconut oil.

Natural castile soap makes for a clean, no skin staining, removal with hot towels. The best part…it smells like a baked good!

This 15-20 minute warm wrap includes an essential oil of your choice along with either a face/scalp massage or foot massage.
Body Glow

This full body scrub is available as a sugar or himalayan salt scrub mixed with Lavender and Orange Essential Oils and Chamomile tea. Includes Exfoliating Gloves and a hot linen wrap. Let the sugar/salt grains melt away in your wrap for 15-20 minutes while you receive a face/scalp massage or foot massage. Finished with a hot towel clean up.
Dead Sea Mud Wrap

This 15-20 minute warm and cozy wrap using Dead Sea mud will help remove impurities and rejuvenate your skin’s elasticity. Also known to help with chronic and arthritic pain. Includes a scalp/face massage or foot massage, and ended with a hot towel clean up.
Ayurvedic Shirodhara

This treatment uses a blend of warmed coconut, avocado, and jojoba oil to stream down your third eye, flowing back into the scalp and hair as a natural moisturizer, while you receive a focused hand and foot massage. This technique is known to help with headaches, mental fatigue, anxiety, insomnia, and more.
Hot Stone
A full body Hot Stone experience using water heated river rocks. Includes placement of hot stones on the most common areas of tension throughout the body and up to 90% use of stones during your massage. All stone services include 4 Hot towels. Combine with Cold Stones for an Additional $20.00

Hot Stone Face Massage – $15.00
Mini river basalt stones are heated up to provide a relaxing face massage and help relieve facial muscle tension, increase blood and lymph flow. A hot towel is included with this service. *May not be suited for clients with sensitive skin, rosacea, or thread veins.* Include Cold Stones for $5.00
Aromatherapy – $25.00
Includes an essential oil of your choice that’s blended into my lotion medium. 5 Hot Towels are included with this service and you get to keep the leftover aromatherapy! Oils supplied by Nature’s Note Organics.

Get the best of both worlds! The hot stone enhancement offers a 50/50 experience of hand massage and hot stones to help relieve specific tension areas in the body. A hot towel is included in this service.
Salt Stone – $25.00
Similar to the hot stone, salt stones help relieve muscle tension but are dry heated Himalayan salt stones that have natural exfoliation properties that can help detoxify the body and promote a general sense of well-being. Its grounding properties can help improve sleep and balance the central nervous system. *Due to the procedures used in heating these stones, No Wet Hot Towels are provided in this service because they can promote the deterioration of the stones. However, a dry warm towel is provided.*
